Are these waterproof?

I would also like to know if they have good grip on wet surfaces. I need all black boots for the rain and slick surfaces.

Although the upper of the men's Nike ACG Manoa Leather is very resilient and will repel moisture to a degree, the style was sold out on the vendor website and I could not find a specific water resistant rating associated with this design. The outsole is designed for rough terrain and should have very good grip on wet surfaces.
