For one, the weight. The men's Reebok RealFlex Scream 2.0 shoe weighs in at 9.2oz, the Optimal at 9.4oz, and the Speed comes in at 9.6oz. The Scream design as well as the Optimal design feature a removable Ortholite foam sockliner along with the 3D Ultralite technology for a lightweight, natural footstrike. The Speed design uses a PU sockliner for cushioning & support. The mesh type uppers of the Speed & Scream styles are similar; yet the Scream series has bigger mesh holes which some may consider to allow for better airflow. The upper on the Optimal is more of a softer suede. And of course the colorways offered in each series can be unique from each other. However, the mechanics of each design will perform about the same and each are made for neutral pronators.
