The outsoles of the men's Nike Air Penny V shoe have some luminescent characteristics on all colorways. However, the glow is faint and is not intended to warn traffic as some shoe designs with reflective features do.

Do the icy-blue soles on this shoes yellow over time like air jordan 5's?
Since the soles appear to be similar to the icy bottoms of many air jordans which yellow over time, i'm wondering if these yellow as well

I've heard of one complaint with 'yellowing' on the men's Nike Air Penny V shoe from our reviews. And that is out of about 80 people. So chances are the shoe was subjected to something odd to get the outsoles to discolor. The outsoles should remain as they are with regular use.

The men's Nike Air Penny V shoe has both leather and synthetic materials used in the construction of the upper. To clean, it is best to just use a damp, soft cloth to get the smudge marks off and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight.

There is a neat sockliner that is shipped with the men's Nike Air Penny V shoe; but that is part of the shoe design. As far as 'extras', there are none. No extra laces or special packaging offered with this shoe model.
