Question

Nike Air Max 2013

If you go though the Nike Air Max 2013 ID process (at the Nike Store)for constructing this shoe, you will see the the sock insert option (about half way through or about step 7). The choice is harder for performance or softer for cushioning. Which insert comes with this shoe?

Again, I would think it is the softer insert that is shipped with the men's Nike Air Max + 2013 LE shoe from our warehouse. The exact name of the insole in the shoe we have stocked is called the "FitSole 2". All it indicates is that it is for 'fit, cushioning, & support'. Since the vendor's site doesn't give the exact names of the insert choices, I can't be 100% sure which one is in the shoe as far as 'responsive' or 'soft'. I do have an inquiry to the manufacturer asking what type of FitSole 2 sockliners are offered in their customization process for building this shoe. I will post another answer once I hear any results.

I could not find the choice options for the men's Nike Air Max + 2013 LE shoe on the other website you are referring to. On the main vendor's website, the shoe is listed with just one insert that is highlighted with Max Air cushioning. Since it seems cushioning is a key selling point with this style, I would have to presume that the insert is the more softer one that you have described offering better cushioning.
