No. The men's Nike Lebron X + Enabled shoe does have the recessed cavity for the Nike + sensor, but the equipment itself will still needs to be purchased. You can use the Nike + kit or the Sport kit. There are other Nike + devices that can be used as well, like the Sport Watches. Just depends on how you want to save & upload data.

Unfortunately, at this time there are no orders in the system to replenish stock for the Nike + E-kit. When they were available, the last price listed seems to have been $48.72.
There are other options for you in order to use the Nike + technology along with the men's Nike Lebron X + Enabled shoe. As copy states, one of the better options is to purchase the Nike+ E-Kit in order to make the men's Nike Lebron X + Enabled shoe Nike+ ready. (sku #00221001) This kit has a sensor for each shoe and the other equipment needed to transmit the data...besides the actual IPod.
But you can also get the Nike + iPod Sport Kit (sku #0001101). This kit has only one sensor included, yet you can purchase replacement sensors through us...sku #0013100.
We also carry the Nike + Sportband 2 which can receive the information from the sensors instead of an IPod device...sku #0057100.

When cleaning the Nike Men's Lebron X + Enabled, I'd recommend a semi-damp cloth and a small amount of mild dish soap detergent. Take care not to get the inside of the shoe wet. Allow to air dry away from sunlight.
