Although the upper of the men's Timberland Euro Hiker has a premium full-grain leather upper for comfort and long-lasting wear, I couldn't see anywhere that it was specifically waterproofed. I imagine the leather will repel most water for a while; as with most materials tho, it will eventually become saturated with moisture if left in water too long. There most likely is a water treatment kit that you can purchase that will help waterproof the leather upper if you so choose.
